Portable infrared paint curing lamps with three cassettes

WDK-3C – the professional portable devices for curing paint and lacquer coatings with infrared radiation. The block of three cassettes with shortwave infrared lamps is placed on pantographic pillar. The cassette block can be easily raised to the height 2100 mm that allows curing of the vehicle roof. The adjustment of the cassettes is made individually with the fixing bolts with a convenient handle. The control boards are simple and easy in settings and provide the possibility of adjustment of the power and the curing time.

Features:

• The cassettes are equipped with shortwave double-layer quartz infrared lamps VPOWER, diameter 19mm, length 21’(~50cm), ruby-red color (PHILIPS – optional).
• The possibility of the change of position of the cassettes.
• The frame of supporting pole is from aluminum alloy, the reflectors are from the polished stainless steel.
• The gas damper to support and change the position of the cassette block.
• Each lamp can be switched on and controlled separately.
• Automatic overload protection.
• Waterproof switch-on button.
• The mobility is provided by 4 castors, 2 of which are equipped with stopper.
• Panel and the elements made of wear-resistant plastics.
• Digital LED display shows input voltage.
