Glasurit ClassicClass C-B-03 Body Filler is a high-quality two-component polyester putty for universal use, produced as part of the classic line of Glasurit materials. The product is designed as a reliable, time-tested solution for effectively filling deep imperfections, dents, welds, as well as for fine finishing the plane of body parts before priming.

Putty C-B-03 combines excellent filling ability with malleability during mechanical processing. It forms a dense, stable layer that serves as a solid foundation for subsequent paint coatings.

• Classic versatility: Effectively serves as both the main filling composition (for rough alignment of geometry) and the finishing paste (for sealing pores, scratches and small marks).

• Reliable adhesion to traditional substrates: Demonstrates excellent adhesion to body steel, cast iron, fiberglass (GRP), as well as to old, hard and fully polymerized paintwork.

• Dense structure without pores: When properly mixed and drawn with a spatula, the composition lays down tightly and evenly, minimizing the formation of hidden air pockets.

• Volume stability: Has a balanced shrinkage coefficient. If the drying technology is followed, the putty does not sag over time, which eliminates the appearance of matte contours (“outlining”) on the finishing varnish.

• Traditional light sanding: Once completely dry, the material cuts consistently with standard automotive abrasives, without clogging the sandpaper and allowing the painter to quickly create perfect edges and planes.
