Glasurit ProClass P-R-110 Reducer, fast (5L)
Main advantage Glasurit P-R-110 is effective time management. Using quick thinner for minor or local repairs allows the painter to avoid wasting unnecessary time waiting between coats. The material sets quickly, which reduces the risk of dust and debris settling on the fresh varnish.
This is a professional German solution for car repair shops that rely on a high turnover rate of the painting area without the slightest compromise in the quality of the final gloss.
Glasurit ProClass P-R-110 is a high-tech organic thinner with a high evaporation rate, developed specifically for a premium line of materials ProClass. The product is designed to adjust the working viscosity of new generation two-component clearcoats and filler primers.
The fast thinner significantly speeds up the drying time of the paintwork “to touch” and reduces the waiting time between coats. It is ideal for performing quick repairs (Spot Repair/Spot Repairs) as well as for working in cold environments where standard thinners take too long to evaporate.
Key advantages of the model:
-
Maximum process acceleration: Significantly reduces the interlayer curing cycle and the total drying time of materials. Allows parts to be transferred more quickly to subsequent assembly and polishing stages, increasing the overall profitability of the painting station.
-
Ideal solution for local repairs: Optimized for painting one or two parts or spot repairs. Allows you to apply materials in neat thin layers, minimizing the risk of smudges at the boundaries of the repair area.
-
Working in cool conditions: Compensates for the slow evaporation of volatile substances in unheated preparation areas or during transition seasons (autumn/spring), when the temperature in the workshop drops below the standard +20°C.
-
Superior Viscosity Control: Excellently thins dense primers and varnishes with a high solids content (HS/UHS), ensuring comfortable application without loss of filling ability of the materials.
-
Premium purity of the composition: Produced from highly purified solvents without aggressive impurities. Does not cause clouding of the varnish film, does not disrupt the structure of polyurethane and acrylic resins, maintaining the deep shine of the finish coat.
-
Economical professional packaging (5 l): Favorable volume for busy paint and body shops, allowing you to reduce the cost of each repair.
