Glasurit 929-91 HS Topcoat Hardener (2.5L)
Main advantage Glasurit 929-91 – this saves time and high productivity of the painting station for minor repairs. With it, you don’t have to wait 10–12 hours for the varnish to completely polymerize when drying naturally. The material gains strength many times faster, reducing the time it takes to hand over the car to the client and reducing the risk of dust getting on the freshly painted surface.
Glasurit 929-91 is a high-quality two-component fast-acting hardener (activator). It is designed for use with Glasurit varnishes and filler primers (in particular, for the classic HS and MS systems lines, such as 923-255, 923-144 varnishes, 923-55/923-58 matte varnishes and C-U series primers).
The product significantly accelerates the chemical reaction of polymer crosslinking. This allows you to significantly reduce the touch-drying time and accelerate the achievement of the installation strength of the coating at room temperature (20°C) or under express drying conditions (40–60°C).
Key advantages of the model:
-
Ideal solution for local repairs: Allows you to dry one or two parts as quickly as possible (Spot Repair technology), helping to quickly transfer the car to the polishing and assembly stage.
-
Operation at low temperatures: Optimizes the curing process of materials in cool seasons or in workshops where the temperature temporarily drops below the standard 20°C.
-
High mechanical strength: Provides the paint coating with rapid polymerization, high resistance to chips, scratches and aggressive environmental influences.
-
Absolute optical clarity: Premium raw materials ensure that the finishing varnish retains the ideal shine and depth of color of the base enamel without yellowing over time.
-
Compact and economical packaging (2.5 l): Convenient volume for spot work, allowing the product to be processed before it begins to interact with moisture in the air when the container is frequently opened.
