Pad for model XCE 8 150 18-EC / XFE 15 150 18-EC, 125mm

This damped plate with a diameter 125 mm specially designed for battery-powered and corded eccentric machines FLEX with 15 mm stroke and positive drive. It has a unique ventilation system and mounting holes that are only suitable for the specific mounting of the XFE and XCE series (not M14!).

Key benefits and features:

• Special mount: Unlike rotary machines, a multi-point bolted connection is used here, which transmits a complex trajectory of motion (eccentric + rotation) without loss or vibration.

• Ideal ventilation: The perforation of the plate matches the holes on the FLEX polishing wheels, ensuring efficient heat dissipation. This is critical for eccentrics, since overheating of the Velcro can lead to detachment of the circle.

• Increased maneuverability: The transition from 150 mm to 125 mm allows you to work in narrower places, on bumpers and racks, without the risk of touching adjacent parts with the edge of the plate.

• Damping effect: High-quality polyurethane foam smoothes out vibration, providing “soft” contact with the surface, which is especially important during the finishing stages of polishing.
