Glasurit ProClass P-R-125 Reducer (1L)
Main advantage Glasurit P-R-125 is technological flexibility. When the standard thinner evaporates too quickly due to warm shop weather, and the classic slow thinner takes too long to dry, P-R-125 is the ideal middle ground.
It gives premium German ProClass varnishes the necessary time to perfectly stretch into the mirror, guaranteeing a predictable and luxurious paint result without the risk of smudges or hidden defects.
Glasurit ProClass P-R-125 is a high-tech organic thinner with a medium-slow (moderately slow) evaporation rate. The product was created within the framework of the innovation system ProClass for bringing varnishes and primers-fillers of a new generation with a high solids content to working viscosity.
The special formula of the P-R-125 thinner is optimized for working in conditions of medium and slightly elevated temperatures, as well as for painting medium and large repair areas. It keeps the paint film “open” exactly as long as necessary for perfect pouring and complete release of solvent vapors, eliminating the appearance of dust and shagreen.
Key advantages of the model:
-
Integration into the ProClass premium system: Ideally dissolves dense modern resins, reducing the viscosity of materials without losing their filling and covering ability.
-
Perfect pour control: Provides the material with excellent fluidity. The transparent varnish is smoothly and evenly distributed over the surface, forming a deep mirror gloss (“lens effect”) with smooth factory shagreen.
-
Protection against boiling and micropores: A balanced evaporation rate ensures that VOCs completely leave the paint layer before curing and blocking the top edge of the film.
-
Effective pollen absorption: Allows the painter to comfortably paint several adjacent body elements (for example, the entire side of a car) without the risk of getting a rough “dry flame” at the joints of parts.
-
Highest degree of purification of raw materials: Does not contain aggressive impurities, is chemically inert to the pigments of base enamels, does not cause clouding or yellowing of the varnish layer over time.
-
Convenient packaging (1 l): The optimal volume for precise dosage for small and medium-sized jobs, protecting the product from long-term storage in the open.
