Glasurit ProClass P-R-130 Reducer, slow (5L)

Glasurit ProClass P-R-130 is a high-tech organic thinner with a slow evaporation rate, created for a premium line of materials ProClass. The product is designed to adjust the working viscosity and bring the new generation of transparent varnishes and filler primers to the ideal consistency.

A slow thinner keeps the applied layer of material “open” for a longer time. This is critical when painting large areas or commercial vehicles, as it avoids over-dusting at the boundaries of application areas and ensures flawless merging of layers.

• Indispensable for complete body repainting: The slower evaporation rate allows the painter to comfortably coat the entire vehicle in one cycle. The edge of the varnish film does not dry out too quickly, which completely eliminates the appearance of a “dry flame” and roughness at the joints of parts.

• Working in summer heat: Optimizes the painting process at elevated temperatures (from +25°C to +35°C), when standard thinners evaporate instantly, preventing the varnish or primer from spreading properly over the surface.
