Glasurit CoreClass C-H-200 (1L)

SKU: 50735103

Main advantage Glasurit C-H-200 – this is the stability and predictability of the result in the summer heat. When a standard hardener causes the primer to set instantly, trapping the solvent inside the pores, this inevitably leads to subsequent severe shrinkage of the material and delineation of repair areas. The slow hardener C-H-200 allows the primer to flow perfectly and completely eliminate volatile components, ensuring a strong, monolithic and stable substrate.

Glasurit C-H-200 is a slow-acting isocyanate hardener designed specifically for the activation of two-component primers and fillers Glasurit (in particular, for high-performance gray primer C-U-07 and other materials in this series).

The product ensures a smooth and uniform occurrence of the chemical polymerization reaction. This allows the applied primer layer to remain “open” longer, ensuring the free and complete release of solvent vapors from the deep layers of the material. It is indispensable when working in conditions of elevated temperatures (summer heat in the workshop), as well as when simultaneously priming large areas or commercial vehicles.

Key advantages of the model:

  • Working in high temperature body shop conditions: Compensates for excessively rapid evaporation of volatile substances at temperatures from +25°C to +35°C, preventing premature drying of the material on the fly and the formation of dry deposits.

  • Ideal for large-scale work: The slow polymerization speed allows you to comfortably prime several large body elements or the entire car in one pass, ensuring a smooth connection of spray zones.

  • Reliable protection against boiling and pores: The extended “lifetime” of the layer ensures that air microbubbles are completely released from the soil thickness, eliminating the appearance of hidden pores that may appear after applying the finishing paint.

  • Smooth coating tension: The soil lays down with minimal shagreen, forming a flat surface. This greatly facilitates subsequent dry or wet processing, reducing the consumption of grinding wheels and the technician’s time.

  • Advantageous volume (1 l): Professional packaging format, optimal for regular use at preparation stations in busy paint and body shops.
