Glasurit ProClass P-H-235 (1L)
Main advantage Glasurit P-H-235 – this is predictability and high quality of the substrate in difficult conditions. In the summer heat, standard or quick hardeners force the primer to set directly “on the fly”, which is why it lays down as a dry crust, clogs the pores with solvent and subsequently shrinks severely. The slow hardener P-H-235 gives the material the necessary time to properly distribute over the surface, guaranteeing a monolithic, durable primer layer without pores or defects.
Glasurit ProClass P-H-235 is a high-tech isocyanate hardener with a slow speed of action, created specifically for the activation of premium filler primers and fillers ProClass (such as grindable primers P-U-63, P-U-69 and others).
The product smoothly and evenly starts the chemical reaction of polymer crosslinking. This allows the primer layer to remain “open” longer, ensuring an excellent release of volatile solvents from deep layers of the material. It is indispensable for painting in hot weather, as well as for simultaneous priming of several large body elements or entire commercial vehicles.
Key advantages of the model:
-
Working in high temperature conditions: Effectively compensates for the rapid evaporation of solvents in summer (at temperatures from +25°C to +35°C), preventing the soil from drying out in the air (“dry spray”).
-
Ideal for large areas: Delayed polymerization allows the painter to comfortably prime several parts or the entire car in one pass. The spray boundaries do not have time to dry out, forming a continuous, smooth and uniform layer.
-
Boil and pore protection: The extended polymerization time ensures that air microbubbles are completely released from a thick layer of primer (especially when filling deep pores and scratches), eliminating the risk of hidden defects under the paint.
-
Excellent tension and abrasive savings: The soil lays down as evenly and smoothly as possible, without shagreen or roughness. As a result, the painter needs significantly less time and sandpaper for subsequent sanding.
-
Professional volume (1 l): Advantageous and economical packaging for regular use in high-volume body shop preparation stations.
