Glasurit P-U-49 Wet-on-wet filler, black (3L)
The main advantage of black soil P-U-49 – This saves the painter’s time and reduces the cost of repairs. When painting, for example, a black part over a gray or light primer, you are forced to apply extra layers of base, risking getting “apple-colored” or streaks. With P-U-49, the base enamel covers the part almost from the first layer. You save paint, camera operating time and get impeccable German quality of the finish coating.
Glasurit ProClass P-U-49 is a new generation premium polyurethane primer-filler with a low content of volatile organic compounds (VOC compliant). The product is created for professional use using the fastest body repair technology – “wet on wet” (Wet-on-Wet).
The primer is applied to new elements (including factory cataphoresis without preliminary sanding) or repaired areas immediately before applying the topcoat. Black primer is a key cost saving factor when painting cars deep black, dark gray, graphite or dark blue colors, as it creates the perfect color base.

Ideal base for dark colors: Using black primer P-U-49 significantly reduces the consumption of expensive base enamel (up to 40%), since dark paint covers the substrate much faster and with fewer layers.

Extreme Productivity (no grinding): Complete elimination of the drying and intermediate sanding stages of the primer allows the painter to proceed to applying the base paint in just 15-20 minutes after priming.

Greyshade concept: By mixing black primer P-U-49 with white primer P-U-43 in different proportions, Can be obtained in any desired shade of gray to closely match the vehicle’s original factory underlay.
