Pad for model PE 14-2 150 / 14-3 125, 115mm

Original plate 115 mm with soft damping layer designed for installation on rotary polishers with threads M14. The use of a smaller diameter pad (115 mm instead of the standard 125 or 150 mm) allows the use of circles with a diameter 120–130 mm, providing maximum control on narrow parts.

The main advantages of the 115 mm plate:

• Increased cutting ability: By reducing the contact area with the same pressing force, the abrasive ability of the paste increases. This allows you to quickly remove deep scratches and scratches.

• Ideal for curved surfaces: The small diameter allows the plate to better “prescribe” complex concave shapes of bumpers and sills, where a standard 150-th pad can catch adjacent parts.

• Special polyurethane foam layer: The damper absorbs vibrations and compensates for runout, which is critical when operating at high speeds of the model PE 14-3 (up to 3700 rpm).

• High temperature stability: Industrial-grade Velcro does not lose its properties under intense heat, which is typical for local rotary polishing.
