1913 SiaWat “Daisies” for spot sanding

SKU: N/A

Micro discs diameter 33–36 mm (depending on the version) are intended for local removal of debris, dust particles and “craters” on freshly painted varnish. Due to their shape and small size, they act precisely on the defect without affecting a large area of the surrounding varnish, which significantly reduces the time of subsequent polishing.

Key advantages of “Daisies”:

  • Point impact: Ideal for working with rubber or plastic cylindrical blocks (“rollers”).

  • Water resistance: Like the entire 1913 series, they are designed to work with water, which ensures a soft cut and no deep scratches.

  • Adhesive layer (PSA): They are securely fixed to the block and are easily removed without leaving any traces of glue.

In these gradations, “Daisies” are used at the final stage of preparing the varnish for polishing.

Grit (P) Main purpose Result
P2000 Removing protruding specks of dust (specks) and small stains of varnish. Cuts off the top of the defect, leveling the overall plane of the varnish.
P2500 Final smoothing of risks after P2000 or removal of the smallest debris. Leaves an ultra-fine matte finish that disappears after one pass of polishing paste.
