Glasurit ProClass P-C-15 Clear coat 1L

Glasurit P-C-15 is an ultra-productive two-component acrylic varnish of a new generation from the line ProClass, developed specifically for application to waterborne basecoats (in particular for the Glasurit 90 Line). The main feature of this varnish is its innovative air drying technology (Air-Drying). It cures incredibly quickly at normal room temperature without the need for a spray booth, saving up to 100% on electricity or heating gas costs.

Key advantages of the model:

• Extreme air drying speed: The varnish becomes touch-dry in just 10 minutes and dries completely at 20°C in 45–60 minutes (depending on the thinner). This allows the part to be polished almost immediately after leaving the painting area.

• Enormous energy savings: Eliminating the need to turn on a high-temperature drying (baking) cycle reduces the costs of the auto repair shop and increases the overall throughput of the paint shop.

• Application in 1.5 layers (without interlayer exposure): The “one and a half layer” application technology (½ + 1) saves the painter’s time and reduces material consumption, while the varnish spreads perfectly and does not form streaks.

• Highest decorative properties: Provides a deep mirror-like gloss, excellent optical clarity and excellent scratch and UV resistance (will not yellow over time).

• Excellent polishability: Thanks to the rapid and uniform development of strength, the varnish is easy to finish and polish.
