With P-U-69 you get the ideal geometry of the part thanks to its excellent filling ability and cover the repair area with the base literally from the first pass. Glasurit ProClass P-U-69 is a high-tech two-component polyurethane filler/soil leveler of a new generation with a high solids content. The product is designed for premium body repair and is focused on post-grinding.
The primer has excellent filling ability, effectively filling pores, putty marks and deep scratches from abrasives. The rich black color of the material makes it an ideal color substrate for the final application of dark base enamels (black, graphite, dark blue), significantly reducing the consumption of expensive paint.

Ideal base for dark colors: The black base prevents distortion of the color of the finishing enamel and allows you to cover the part with a base coat in just 1.5–2 layers, which provides significant savings in paint and painter time.

High filling capacity: It is easily applied in a thick layer, perfectly levels out unevenness and hides preparation defects, creating a stable and even base for painting.

Greyshade concept: By mixing black primer P-U-69 with white primer of the same series (P-U-63) in various proportions, you can get any shade of gray. This allows you to accurately recreate the original color of the car’s factory primer.

Easy and soft sanding: Despite its high density, the soil is very easy to process both “dry” (with a machine) and “wet” by hand, without clogging the sandpaper.

Shape stability and no shrinkage: The molecular structure of the material prevents soil “subsidence” over time. This ensures that the contours of the putty areas will not appear on the repaired part, and the varnish will not lose its mirror gloss.
