Main filters FIAC FP series (Pre-filter) with filtration degree 1 micron represent the first, critical stage in a professional compressed air treatment system. These filters are installed directly into the pneumatic line after the compressor or receiver, acting as a barrier that protects subsequent expensive equipment (refrigerator dryers, fine filters, machines and pneumatic tools) from large contaminants.
The main task of FIAC FP pre-cleaning filters is to effectively capture solid particles of dust, scale, rust, as well as retain droplet moisture and oil emulsion. Air purification at this stage allows you to eliminate abrasive wear of the internal elements of the pneumatic system and significantly extend the service life of the final filtration elements.
Key advantages of the FIAC FP line:
-
High performance barrier (1 µm): The 1 micron filtration rate ensures that the vast majority of solid and liquid particles coming from the compressor block and receiver are retained.
-
Durable aluminum housing: The filter housings are made of durable aluminum alloy using precision casting and are protected inside and outside with a special anti-corrosion coating. They are designed for high pressure and harsh operating conditions.
-
Minimum pneumatic resistance: The cartridge design and optimized internal filter geometry ensure free passage of air flow, minimizing system pressure drop and saving compressor energy.
-
Italian industrial quality: The entire FP line is produced in Italy at FIAC factories with strict quality control of materials and tightness of connections.
-
Versatility and scalability: The availability of models with a capacity from 2400 to 7920 l/min allows you to accurately select a filter for the power of any screw compressor – from commercial to heavy industrial class.
All three modifications have an identical degree of purification, but differ in throughput (performance), which allows them to be integrated into pneumatic systems of different sizes.
