FIAC TDRY 41 is a premium industrial grade refrigeration dryer designed to effectively remove water vapor and condensate from air lines. The unit operates on the principle of forced reduction of the temperature of incoming compressed air to a stable dew point +3°C, in which moisture completely transforms into a liquid state and is automatically removed from the system.
With an impressive throughput capacity (over 4000 l/min) and an increased pressure safety margin (up to 16 bar), the TDRY 41 model is ideally synchronized with powerful screw compressors (from 18.5 to 25 kW), such as FIAC NS 30/500 D or AIRBLOK 253. This dryer guarantees an uninterrupted supply of dry air for robotic lines and presses and large-scale painting complexes.
