FIAC TDRY 41 Refrigerated compressed air dryer

FIAC TDRY 41 is a premium industrial grade refrigeration dryer designed to effectively remove water vapor and condensate from air lines. The unit operates on the principle of forced reduction of the temperature of incoming compressed air to a stable dew point +3°C, in which moisture completely transforms into a liquid state and is automatically removed from the system.

With an impressive throughput capacity (over 4000 l/min) and an increased pressure safety margin (up to 16 bar), the TDRY 41 model is ideally synchronized with powerful screw compressors (from 18.5 to 25 kW), such as FIAC NS 30/500 D or AIRBLOK 253. This dryer guarantees an uninterrupted supply of dry air for robotic lines and presses and large-scale painting complexes.

• Increased operating pressure (16 bar): The dehumidifier is designed with a large margin of safety. It can be used not only in standard 8–10 bar networks, but also in specialized industrial high-pressure lines (for example, in metal laser cutting areas).

• Stable dew point +3°C: Meets the highest industry standards for dehumidification (Class 4 according to ISO 8573-1). Completely eliminates the appearance of condensation in pipes, protecting expensive pneumatic valves and eliminating defects when painting body parts.

• Highly efficient 3-in-1 heat exchanger: The advanced aluminum unit combines an air heat exchanger, an evaporator and a built-in moisture separator. This design ensures maximum cooling efficiency with minimal pressure loss (minimum flow resistance).

• Electronic microprocessor controller: The clear display shows the current system status and the exact dew point. Smart automation regulates the operation of the refrigeration compressor, preventing freezing of the system and saving energy.

• Reliable automatic draining: The dehumidifier is equipped with an intelligent programmable timer valve to automatically drain accumulated condensate, eliminating the need for manual control.
